What should I expect during my first visit?
During your first visit, we will discuss your mental health history, treatment goals, and create a plan tailored to your needs. If medication is part of your treatment plan, a prescription will be sent to a pharmacy of your choice.
Do you accept insurance?
I accept most insurance plans, including Optum/United, Carelon, BCBS, CareFirst, Quest, Cigna, Anthem, Aetna, Sentara, and more. Self-pay options are also available.
What if there is a mental health emergency?
For urgent mental health situations, please contact your nearest emergency room or crisis lifeline/988.
What ages do you serve?
I offer mental health services to individuals ages 5 through 65.
Do you offer therapy services?
While I provide medication management and supportive care, I do not offer traditional therapy services. However, I am happy to collaborate with your therapist or refer you to trusted therapists to support your mental health journey.
