Meet Rachel

I am a passionate mental health practitioner specializing in children, adolescents, and adults. My goal is to provide a safe, empathetic space where clients feel heard and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.

I hold a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from George Washington University, a post-master's certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner studies from Wilkes University, and board certifications as both an FNP-C and PMHNP-BC. I also hold a BSN from George Washington University and a B.S. in Psychology from High Point University.

Starting my career as an acute care nurse, I developed a holistic approach to care that integrates both physical and mental health. Over the years, I have focused on helping individuals navigate mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family or school-related issues.

I work collaboratively with clients, offering personalized, patient-centered care to help them achieve their mental health goals. I believe a strong, trusting relationship is key to success and look forward to partnering with you on your journey to well-being.

Philosophy of Care

I believe mental health care should treat the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I am committed to working closely with each patient to develop a treatment plan that not only addresses symptoms, but also helps them achieve their overall goals for health and well-being.
